Ideally located in the triangle of Nîmes, Avignon and Uzès, the gourmet restaurant of the Château de Collias Hotel & Restaurant offers a warm atmosphere tinged with authentic charm steeped in history: vaults and stone walls, period fireplace, white tablecloths.
A delicate atmosphere permeates the dining room from north to south thanks to the large windows on the terrace overlooking the park, pines and hills on the horizon.
An elegant ambience that gives way to the pleasure of fully enjoying the chef's refined cuisine at each service.
The table, in the heart of a land of gastronomes
This region of Uzège around Nîmes is a land of epicureans and gastronomes. Experience what Collias has to offer, with its vineyards, olive trees, truffles and market gardens, as well as Mediterranean influences from nearby Provence.
At lunchtime, at the Château's restaurant, you can enjoy a bistronomic cuisine influenced by local products.
In the evening, the Chef, with experience formed in Provence, is also inspired by this terroir of the Gard, using the colors and flavors of southern cuisine to create subtle and harmonious gourmet dishes, taking advantage of the proximity to the sea to work with fresh fish and seasonal vegetables from local producers.
The cellar, discoveries and tastings
Under the restaurant, the large stone wine cellar displays a beautiful selection curated by our experienced staff to offer you food and wine pairings to accompany the chef's dishes, featuring wines from across France with special consideration for the wines of the Gard, a region renowned for its vineyards, as well as estates in the Rhône Valley and neighboring regions such as Provence and Languedoc.
We also host tastings in the presence of winemakers to help you discover the wines of the surrounding area.
