This region of Uzège, around Nîmes, is a land of epicureans and gastronomes: around Collias, vineyards, olive trees, truffles and market gardening ... Not far away, Provence and its Mediterranean influences.
At lunchtime, at the Château's restaurant, you can enjoy a bistronomic cuisine influenced by local products.
In the evening, the Chef, experienced by a famous Table in Provence, is also inspired by this terroir of the Gard associated with the colors and flavors of southern cuisine to create subtle and harmonious gourmet dishes, taking advantage of its proximity to the sea to work with fish and local producers around to side it with seasonal vegetables.
The cellar, discoveries and tastings
Under the restaurant, the stone large wine cellar displays many beautiful references: worked on by the experienced butler to offer you a food / wine pairing with the chef's dishes, it honors a selection of the entire France, giving an important place to the wines of the Gard, a region renowned for its vineyards, as well as estates in the Rhône Valley and neighboring regions – Provence, Languedoc ...
